We are committed to providing ethical, impartial, and culturally responsive services that foster understanding, strengthen relationships, and promote positive, sustainable outcomes.
Our Approach
We believe every person deserves the opportunity to be heard, respected, and treated with dignity. Through a neutral and structured process, Grace by BBT™ helps participants identify concerns, explore options, strengthen communication, and move toward meaningful next steps.
Our Core Values
Guidance — We help participants understand the process, clarify concerns, and identify constructive next steps.
Resilience — We support individuals and organizations in navigating challenges, adapting to change, and moving forward after conflict.
Alignment — We help participants identify shared interests, priorities, and areas where workable agreement may be possible.
Clarity — We create space for concerns, expectations, options, and decisions to be communicated and understood more clearly.
Empowerment — We support participants in using their voices, considering available options, and making informed decisions about their path forward.

Every participant deserves to be heard, acknowledged, and treated with dignity.
Participants are supported in identifying concerns, choices, and meaningful next steps.
Meaningful resolution requires listening, balance, mutual understanding, and shared effort.
Private conversations are handled with care, professionalism, and appropriate boundaries.
We help participants slow down, clarify concerns, and communicate more effectively.
The focus is on realistic options, workable solutions, and next steps that make sense.

M.S.
The team at Grace by BBT™was incredibly supportive and efficient during my document preparation process. Parenting Plans can be really hard, especially when you cant agree... I didn't get everything I wanted but I got all that I needed. Most Importantly my kid knows I am involved and we always have our scheduled time.
