Court and Program Compliance Policy

When Grace by BBT™ accepts a court-connected, agency-sponsored, roster-based, or contracted assignment, the company will provide services within the procedures, ethical standards, documentation requirements, confidentiality rules, fee requirements, and service parameters established by that court, agency, program, or contract.

Program requirements may vary by jurisdiction, case type, court, agency, and administering organization. Grace by BBT will review and follow the applicable program requirements before accepting and performing an assignment.

Participant Identity Verification Policy

Grace by BBT™ verifies the identity of each mediation participant before substantive services begin.

Participants may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification during a secure individual session or through another approved verification method.

Grace by BBT will document that identity was verified. Copies of identification will be collected or retained only when reasonably necessary for the service, program, contract, payment process, or applicable legal requirement.

Identification records, when retained, will be stored securely and associated with the participant’s confidential case code rather than used as the primary case-file name.
