4. Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services

Grace by BBT™ provides neutral mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching, restorative practices, communication support, and related services.

Mediation and related services are designed to support communication, clarify concerns, explore options, and assist participants in working toward practical solutions. Grace by BBT™ does not take sides, make decisions for participants, force agreements, provide legal advice, or guarantee that an agreement will be reached.

Grace by BBT LLC is based in Maryland. However, mediation practices, confidentiality rules, court-connected mediation requirements, family mediation procedures, and related dispute resolution standards may vary by state, court, jurisdiction, case type, and applicable law.

For mediation, consultation, preparation support, or conflict resolution services involving parties, disputes, courts, organizations, or legal matters outside Maryland, the applicable rules may depend on the client’s location, the location of the dispute, the jurisdiction of any pending case, the type of matter, and any court or agency requirements that apply.

Virtual services may be available across multiple jurisdictions where permitted. In-person services may be available by appointment only and may depend on location, travel, scheduling, safety, and neutral meeting-space availability.

Grace by BBT™ may adjust, limit, decline, pause, or discontinue services when a matter involves jurisdiction-specific requirements, court-connected mediation rules, safety concerns, professional limitations, or issues that require legal, therapeutic, financial, or other licensed professional support.

Participants are encouraged to consult with an attorney or other qualified professional in their state or jurisdiction before relying on mediation-related decisions, signing agreements, submitting documents to a court, or taking legal action.

Submitting a contact form, scheduling request, email, payment, or inquiry does not guarantee that services will be provided. A session is not confirmed until Grace by BBT™ accepts the appointment and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Grace by BBT™ may update scheduling methods, booking tools, appointment availability, business hours, and service procedures at any time.

6. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

Grace by BBT™ may accept payment through website payment tools, invoices, Square, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved payment methods.
