GRACE by BBT™ — Mediation & Conflict‑Resolution Pricing

GRACE by BBT™ — Mediation & Conflict-Resolution Pricing

At GRACE by BBT™, we provide transparent, professional pricing for mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, restorative practices, educational advocacy, training, and documentation services.

Each service is designed to support individuals, families, workplaces, communities, businesses, schools, agencies, and organizations with structure, clarity, compassion, and effective conflict resolution.

Published prices are starting rates or estimated ranges and do not constitute a final quote. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after GRACE by BBT™ reviews the requested service, number of participants, complexity of the matter, preparation requirements, document-review needs, drafting requirements, scheduling, travel, and delivery format.

Clients receive written pricing, service inclusions, exclusions, payment requirements, and applicable policies before services begin.

Private Mediation Availability

GRACE by BBT™ provides private virtual mediation and conflict-resolution services throughout the United States and internationally when participation is voluntary and the matter is appropriate for mediation.

Private mediation may be provided across geographic boundaries when:

  • All participants agree to take part voluntarily

  • The matter is suitable for mediation

  • Virtual service is appropriate

  • GRACE by BBT™ can provide the service ethically and effectively

  • No applicable restriction prevents participation

Court-referred matters are governed separately by the eligibility, roster, credentialing, procedural, fee, and jurisdictional requirements of the referring court or mediation program.

GRACE by BBT™ does not provide legal advice or legal representation in any jurisdiction.

Court-Referred Mediation

Family, Civil, Estate, and Other Court-Referred Matters

For matters referred directly by a court or court-approved mediation program, GRACE by BBT™ follows the compensation terms, fee schedule, service requirements, and procedures established by the referring court or program.

Court-referred pricing applies only when:

  • The referral originates from an eligible court or court-approved program

  • GRACE by BBT™ satisfies the applicable court or program requirements

  • The matter is assigned or referred according to the program’s procedures

Court-referred matters may involve court-established rates, agency payments, participant fees, volunteer requirements, reimbursement structures, or other program-specific arrangements.

Private clients who independently contact GRACE by BBT™ are charged according to GRACE by BBT™’s private-service rates and are not automatically eligible for court-program pricing.

Court-Referred and Third-Party Services

Court-referred, government-funded, employer-sponsored, school-sponsored, EAP-related, grant-funded, or other third-party services may follow separate pricing, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requirements.

When another court, agency, organization, contract, or program controls the service terms, those requirements take precedence over GRACE by BBT™’s standard private-client policies.

Written Agreement Controls

Clients receive the applicable payment, package, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms before services begin.

When a signed service agreement or package agreement contains terms specific to a client, matter, service, or engagement, that written agreement controls.

By purchasing a package, paying a deposit, or reserving a session, the client acknowledges the applicable payment, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms.
