Community Mediation Services
Neutral, Accessible Mediation for Community Groups, Neighbors, Schools, and Local Organizations
GRACE by BBT™ provides Community Mediation Services for neighbors, families, schools, community groups, nonprofits, faith communities, and local organizations seeking a structured, neutral process to address concerns, improve communication, and explore voluntary next steps. Community Mediation supports participants in sharing perspectives, identifying priorities, and working toward practical, mutually acceptable solutions.
Community Mediation may be requested by individual participants, families, neighborhood associations, schools, community groups, or other authorized stakeholders. Before services begin, the written agreement identifies the client, participants, payment responsibility, confidentiality terms, and any authorized administrative reporting.
Community Mediation is voluntary, nonlegal, and non-investigative. It does not determine fault, impose outcomes, or replace legal, disciplinary, or administrative processes.
