Conflict Coaching & Pre-Mediation Preparation

Individual Support for Communication, Clarity, and Constructive Engagement

GRACE by BBT™ provides private Conflict Coaching and Pre-Mediation Preparation for individuals who want structured, individualized support before Divorce Mediation, Co-Parenting Mediation, Family Mediation, Workplace Mediation, restorative dialogue, facilitation, or another conflict-resolution process.

Conflict Coaching helps clients clarify concerns, organize priorities, strengthen communication strategies, explore practical options, and prepare for productive participation.

The coach supports the client’s preparation and decision-making without directing the client’s choices, speaking for the client, negotiating on the client’s behalf, or advocating against another participant.

Depending on the matter and written agreement, the process may use coaching conversations, guided preparation, communication planning, scenario exploration, or structured readiness sessions.
