A deposit equal to one hour of the selected service is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service and is not an additional charge.

Educational Advocacy is intended to provide a private and confidential setting.

When minors participate, the written agreement identifies consent, authorization, parent or guardian involvement, school responsibilities, confidentiality limits, safeguarding requirements, and any required administrative reporting.

School, government, public‑body, and publicly funded engagements may also be subject to student‑record, public‑record, safeguarding, records‑retention, notice, disclosure, or reporting requirements. Applicable requirements are identified before services begin.

The written agreement identifies what administrative information, if any, may be reported to the school, agency, board, or referring stakeholder. Administrative reporting is distinct from disclosure of the substance of confidential discussions.
