What Clients Can Expect
Grace by BBT™ provides a calm, structured, and respectful process for individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and organizations navigating difficult conversations.
Clients can expect neutrality, preparation, confidentiality, clear communication, and support in identifying practical next steps.
Grace by BBT™ provides private virtual mediation and conflict resolution services across the United States. Services may include helping participants talk through concerns, explore options, and prepare written summaries, memoranda of understanding, parenting plan summaries, or settlement summaries that reflect the agreements reached during mediation.
These documents may help participants clarify expectations, preserve agreements in writing, support next steps, and communicate more clearly with attorneys, organizations, agencies, courts, or other appropriate professionals when needed.
Court-connected or roster-based services may vary by state, court, case type, and program requirements.
Grace by BBT™ does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Participants may choose to seek attorney review before or after signing any agreement, depending on their situation and the requirements of the appropriate jurisdiction.
Pricing
Mediation and support service fees vary depending on the type of matter, location, number of participants, preparation needs, number of sessions, and whether written summaries or agreement documents are requested.
Pricing, package options, and available payment structures are discussed during the consultation so clients understand their options before moving forward.
Because mediation costs and court-connected mediation programs may vary by state, county, and jurisdiction, Grace by BBT™ works with clients to identify the most appropriate path for their situation.

We discussed things I never even thought to consider—it gave us so much food for thought. What Grace said during the consultation is absolutely correct: before you buy the dress, before you pay your first vendor, call Grace By BBT for a package session.
Yes, we are still getting married! But the rose-colored glasses are off. We now have an agreement that we both understand, we know what to expect from each other, and we have something to reference if changes ever need to be made.
THANK YOU, Grace By BBT
E.R.
I always felt intimidated at IEP meetings. I didn't know what questions to ask or what my rights were. The paperwork would arrive in the mail without enough detail, and I never really understood what was happening.
Having someone who was part of the educational system—someone who understands what needs to happen and what should happen—made all the difference. Grace was supportive, knowledgeable, and helped me get through the meeting with confidence.
I'm so glad there's a former educator in this business who's willing to educate us as parents, rather than leaving it up to the schools to hold themselves accountable.
M.T.
