Training may be requested by an employer, agency, department, board, school, leadership team, or other authorized stakeholder. Before services begin, the written agreement identifies the client, participant limits, payment responsibility, confidentiality terms, accessibility needs, and any authorized administrative reporting.
Training & Workshops are educational services, not mediation, facilitation, legal advice, therapy, or HR investigations.

The written agreement identifies any accommodations, interpreters, captioning, accessible materials, or additional support included in the engagement.
Training materials, workbooks, presentations, exercises, and other original resources remain the intellectual property of GRACE by BBT™ or the identified rights holder.
Materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, resold, distributed, posted, or used to train others unless expressly authorized in writing.
Recording of training sessions is not permitted unless expressly approved in the written agreement.
Written documentation is separately priced unless included in the written agreement.

Standard Training Sessions
$300–$600 per hour
The final rate depends on:

Each written agreement identifies the participant limit included in the quoted rate.
Additional participants, breakout groups, facilitators, materials, or support needs may affect the final price.
In-person training may require separate travel, lodging, venue, parking, equipment, shipping, or material fees.
Any additional costs are identified in the written agreement before scheduling.
A deposit equal to one hour of the selected service is required to reserve training time.
The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service and is not an additional charge.
Half-Day & Full-Day Workshops
Half-Day Workshop — Up to Four Hours
$1,200–$2,000
Full-Day Workshop — Up to Seven Hours
$2,200–$3,800
Workshop duration, instructional time, agreed breaks, and meal periods are identified in the written agreement.
Half-day and full-day workshops must be paid in full before the training date is reserved unless the written agreement expressly provides a different payment schedule.

Discounted custom training packages must be paid in full before scheduling unless the written agreement expressly provides a different payment schedule.
All package sales are final and nonrefundable.
Unused sessions, preparation, materials, documentation, or other package components have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.
Training dates are reserved after the required payment or deposit is received.
Rescheduling, cancellation, substitution, and no-show terms are governed by the written agreement and applicable Service Policies.

Complex Training Engagements
GRACE by BBT™ may accept complex training engagements after consultation and review of the requested scope. Additional preparation time or independent HR, legal, or organizational-development support may be required.

Training does not replace mediation, restorative dialogue, facilitation, disciplinary processes, grievances, administrative complaints, legal proceedings, or other formal processes.
Privacy, Confidentiality, and Participation Expectations
Training & Workshops are intended to provide a professional and respectful learning environment.
GRACE by BBT™ establishes professional participation expectations but cannot guarantee that individual participants will maintain the confidentiality of information shared by others during a group training.
Participants should avoid sharing personally identifiable, legally privileged, confidential personnel, student, medical, or case-specific information unless its use has been approved and appropriately protected.

A certificate of participation or completion may be available when expressly included.
A certificate does not represent professional certification, licensure, court-roster eligibility, academic credit, or continuing-education credit unless specifically authorized in writing.
Can a training session be recorded?
Recording is not permitted unless expressly authorized in the written agreement.
Any approved recording terms, permitted uses, confidentiality requirements, and additional fees must be established before the session.
Who owns the training materials?
Training presentations, workbooks, handouts, exercises, and original resources remain the intellectual property of GRACE by BBT™ or the identified rights holder.
The written agreement identifies any limited permission granted for participant or internal organizational use.
