TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Structured, Professional Training for Conflict Resolution, Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Development

GRACE by BBT™ provides Training & Workshops for organizations, agencies, schools, departments, boards, leadership teams, and community groups seeking structured professional development in conflict resolution, communication, restorative practices, and collaborative problem-solving. Training helps participants strengthen skills, improve communication, understand conflict dynamics, and apply practical tools in their daily work.

Training may be requested by an employer, agency, department, board, school, leadership team, or other authorized stakeholder. Before services begin, the written agreement identifies the client, participant limits, payment responsibility, confidentiality terms, accessibility needs, and any authorized administrative reporting.

Training & Workshops are educational services, not mediation, facilitation, legal advice, therapy, or HR investigations.
