GRACE by BBT™ provides private Workplace Mediation for employees, supervisors, teams, departments, and organizational stakeholders who need a structured, neutral process to address workplace conflict, communication challenges, performance-related misunderstandings, or recurring professional disagreements.
Workplace Mediation helps participants identify concerns, clarify expectations, improve communication, and explore practical solutions that support healthier professional relationships and more effective collaboration.
Workplace Mediation may be requested by an individual participant, employer, agency, organization, department, or other authorized stakeholder. Before services begin, the written agreement identifies the client, participants, payment responsibility, confidentiality terms, and any authorized administrative reporting.

Understanding the Differences
Workplace Mediation
Workplace Mediation supports communication, collaborative problem-solving, and shared decision-making among employees, supervisors, teams, departments, and organizational stakeholders.
Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching is a separate individual service that helps one participant prepare for mediation or another difficult workplace conversation.
HR Investigation
An HR investigation examines allegations, evidence, policy compliance, or workplace misconduct. Workplace Mediation does not investigate facts or determine whether a policy or law was violated.
Legal Advice
GRACE by BBT™ does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Participants may consult independent attorneys, union representatives, HR professionals, or other qualified advisors.
Therapy
Workplace Mediation is not therapy. It focuses on communication, professional relationships, collaborative problem-solving, and practical next steps rather than mental-health diagnosis or treatment.
