Documentation helps participants summarize decisions, outline next steps, and maintain clarity after a structured process.

Documentation Services provide neutral, nonlegal preparation of summaries, memoranda, parenting-plan documents, action plans, and other written materials.

GRACE by BBT™ does not prepare documents as an attorney, provide legal advice, or represent that its documents satisfy jurisdiction-specific legal requirements.

Documentation is prepared from information provided during the applicable service and—when the document reflects a shared understanding or agreement—from terms reviewed or authorized by the participating parties.

GRACE by BBT™ does not independently add substantive terms or determine disputed provisions.

Joint-Process Documentation

Documents based on mediation, restorative dialogue, facilitation, or another multi-participant process may reflect terms discussed and reviewed by the participating parties.

Examples include:

• Nonlegal Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) reflecting voluntary terms discussed by participants

• Parenting-plan documents reflecting participant-directed decisions

• Written summaries of voluntarily reached understandings

• Restorative-practice voluntary action plans

• Organizational or workplace summaries

These documents reflect the participants’ own terms. GRACE by BBT™ does not determine disputed provisions.

Individual Preparation Documentation

Conflict Coaching and Educational Advocacy summaries are prepared for the individual client’s organization and preparation.

They do not represent:

• Another participant’s agreement

• The school’s position

• A jointly accepted outcome

Parenting Plan Documentation

The final price depends on:

Parenting Plan Services and mediation are separately priced unless expressly combined in a written package.

Other Documentation Services

$150–$300 per hour

Hourly pricing may apply to:

For hourly documentation services, a deposit equal to one hour of the selected service is required to reserve drafting time.

The deposit is applied toward the service and is not an additional charge.

Flat-fee documentation services and discounted documentation packages must be paid in full before drafting begins unless the written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

All package sales are final and nonrefundable. Unused drafting time, revisions, materials, or other package components have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.

Complex Documentation Matters

GRACE by BBT™ may accept complex documentation matters after consultation and review of the requested scope. Additional drafting time or independent legal, therapeutic, HR, or educational-evaluation support may be required.

Complex matters may involve:

• Multi-party agreements

• Multi-session restorative or facilitation processes

• Extensive preparation materials

• Multiple overlapping issues

Acceptance depends on suitability for documentation and whether the requested services fall within GRACE by BBT™’s professional scope.

• Legal advice

• Legal representation

• Attorney-prepared contracts

• Pleadings

• Separation agreements

• Property-settlement agreements

• Psychological, medical, or educational evaluations

• Therapy

• Trauma treatment or clinical assessment

• Investigation of disputed facts

• A determination of disputed facts, legal rights, fault, or liability

GRACE by BBT™ does not guarantee that any document will be legally binding or enforceable.

Legal effect depends on:

Confidentiality

Documentation Services are intended to provide a private and confidential setting.

Confidentiality is governed by:

• The written agreement

• Applicable law

• Professional standards

• Any legal, ethical, safety-related, school-specific, employer-specific, or public-agency requirements

School, government, public-body, and publicly funded engagements may also be subject to student-record, public-record, safeguarding, records-retention, notice, disclosure, or reporting requirements.

Administrative reporting, when applicable, is distinct from disclosure of the substance of confidential discussions.

Can GRACE by BBT™ prepare a Memorandum of Understanding?

Yes. GRACE by BBT™ may prepare a neutral Memorandum of Understanding reflecting terms discussed and authorized by participants.

MOU pricing starts at $700 and depends on complexity, length, issues addressed, and revisions included.

An MOU is not automatically legally binding or enforceable. Participants may seek independent legal review.

Can GRACE by BBT™ prepare a parenting plan?

Yes. Parenting Plan Documentation is available from $350–$1,200, depending on complexity.

The written agreement identifies whether the service includes consultation, plan development, schedules, decision-making provisions, communication guidelines, and revisions.

Mediation is separately priced unless expressly included.

Can GRACE by BBT™ prepare a separation agreement or property-settlement agreement?

GRACE by BBT™ may prepare a nonlegal MOU or summary of terms discussed in mediation.

GRACE by BBT™ does not act as an attorney or prepare jurisdiction-specific separation agreements, property-settlement agreements, court pleadings, or court orders.

Participants may provide the MOU to independent attorneys for legal review or formal legal drafting.

Will every participant review a joint document?

When documentation is intended to reflect a shared understanding, the review process and participating parties are identified in the written agreement.

GRACE by BBT™ does not represent that a document reflects joint agreement until the applicable participants have reviewed the relevant terms or otherwise provided documented authorization consistent with the written service agreement.

How many revisions are included?

The number of included revisions is stated in the written agreement.

Additional revisions, newly raised issues, substantive changes, or revisions requested after final delivery are separately priced.

Are documents legally enforceable?

Documents prepared by GRACE by BBT™ are not automatically legally binding or enforceable.

Participants may obtain independent legal review and determine whether additional signatures, formal drafting, filing, approval, or incorporation into a court order or other legal instrument is necessary.

How long does documentation take?

The timeline depends on document type, complexity, length, number of participants, completeness of the information provided, review requirements, and revisions requested.

The anticipated delivery timeframe is identified in the written agreement.

Who pays for Documentation Services?

Payment may be made by an individual participant, family, organization, employer, agency, school, department, or another authorized party.

The written agreement identifies the client and payment responsibility before drafting begins.

Can GRACE by BBT™ work with clients outside Maryland?

Yes. Private virtual documentation services are available throughout the United States and internationally.
