5. Premarital Mediation and Relationship Planning
Structured conversations for couples preparing for marriage or a long-term commitment. Sessions may address communication, finances, household responsibilities, family expectations, parenting, career plans, and future decision-making.
6. Elder and Intergenerational Mediation
Support for families navigating aging, caregiving responsibilities, living arrangements, communication concerns, family roles, and decisions affecting older relatives. Mediation creates space for multiple generations to participate in respectful and organized discussions.
7. Workplace Mediation
Confidential support for workplace disagreements, communication breakdowns, interpersonal tension, and employee conflict. Services may assist employees, supervisors, teams, and organizations seeking constructive resolution.
8. Organizational Conflict Resolution
Conflict-resolution support for businesses, agencies, nonprofits, schools, and other organizations experiencing team tension, internal disputes, leadership concerns, or communication challenges. Services can be adapted to the organization’s needs and structure.
9. Facilitation Services
Neutral facilitation for meetings, group discussions, planning sessions, community conversations, and other matters requiring organized participation. Grace by BBT helps participants remain focused, heard, and engaged in a productive process.
10. Restorative Practices
Restorative circles and facilitated conversations designed to address harm, accountability, communication, and relationship repair. Services are available for families, workplaces, schools, organizations, and communities.
11. Conflict Coaching
Individual support for people managing an active conflict or preparing to communicate more effectively. Conflict coaching helps clients clarify their concerns, evaluate options, strengthen communication, and determine appropriate next steps.
12. Difficult Conversation and Pre-Mediation Preparation
One-on-one preparation for mediation, family discussions, workplace meetings, school meetings, negotiations, or other high-stakes conversations. Sessions focus on organizing concerns, identifying goals, preparing questions, and communicating clearly.
13. IEP, 504 and Educational Advocacy Support
Preparation and communication support for parents navigating IEP meetings, 504 plans, school concerns, educational records, and collaborative problem-solving. Grace by BBT provides non-legal educational support and does not act as legal counsel.
14. Community and Civil Mediation
Mediation for neighbors, community members, consumers, roommates, associations, and others experiencing interpersonal or civil disputes. The process provides a structured opportunity to address concerns before the conflict escalates further.
15. Agreements and Documentation Services
Preparation of clear written summaries reflecting decisions reached through mediation or facilitated discussion. Services may include memoranda of understanding, parenting plan summaries, settlement summaries, and other non-legal documentation.
